There are three categories every year: New Breed, Director's Showcase, and Shorts. Sadly, they only showcase Shorts for this year. Good thing they have free admission to other films. Yey!
If you are planning to watch the fest, I suggest you buy tickets once they announce it is available on their website. The tickets are selling like hotcakes! You can buy tickets at the Cultural Center of the Philippines or Ticketworld.
We also enjoyed other exhibits displayed in CCP while waiting for the films to start.
This has been a yearly tradition for Tropang Tambay to watch this festival. It was our 5th year of watching amazing creations of Filipino filmmakers. We will never get tired of watching Independent Filipino films. Itayo ang bandera ng pelikulang Pilipino! Mabuhay!
